Upon receiving your vehicle, a 10-day window opens for potential returns or exchanges, regardless of the time you received it. This timeframe allows for thorough inspection and the option to return or exchange the vehicle for any reason without explanation. For initiating such a request, we require notification by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on the 10th day post-delivery, considering the delivery day as day zero. Kindly send this request via email.
For those who are interested in repurchase, the vehicle must be located at the buyer’s location to carry out this process. We guarantees the purchase of the car at its original full price.
We ensure comprehensive insurance coverage within this period, except in cases of accidents involving alcohol or drugs.
It's important to note that we CANNOT ACCEPT returns if the vehicle:
Has undergone modifications
Has been damaged or involved in an accident
Is not in its original delivered condition
Has been used as collateral for a loan .
In case of a return/rejection, return shipping costs will be covered. If the vehicle doesn’t fall into any of the above categories, we will approve the return within the 10-day limit. Refunds are processed immediately, though it may take 1 to 3 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.After the registration, you will get a confirmation with the password by e-mail. You need the passsword to use it on offline registration. You have to take passport and a printed invitation paper. Two days before you will get a reminder on your e-mail.
